Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using USPS. There is a flat rate for domestic shipping and international shipping. Please allow 4-6 weeks for domestic delivery and 6-10 weeks for international shipping (depending on destination). Please note that all shirt orders are pre-orders.

We are now offering limited International shipping! International customers are responsible for any Duty and/or Tax assessed by customs in their respective countries. Please track your item carefully once you receive shipping confirmation. We are unable to retrieve items or track items after they leave the United States. If you have issues with delivery once your package leaves the US please contact your local postal service as we are unable to assist you.


Damaged Items

If your item is damaged keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email cheyennerandallinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know about any damage ASAP. Please include details photos of packaging and damaged item. Please note that we will not be able to make a claim on your item and are not responsible for any damage after 14 days.


Care Instructions

Care for prints:

We recommend taking your print directly to a framer of your choice. We are not responsible for damages caused by reckless unpacking or handling.

Care for shirts:

Wash shirts inside out with cold water and similar colors. Lay flat or hang dry. Do not bleach.
